Community support has been a cornerstone of Great Northern Builders since its inception in 2009. Owner Chris is deeply committed to giving back to the communities he serves, and this commitment was put into action when an opportunity arose to assist a local veteran.
When Chris’s brother and coworker, Nate, learned about Kyle Anderson’s needs, he quickly knew that community support could make a significant impact on Kyle’s living situation.
Kyle Anderson, a former State Champion wrestler and Marine Corps veteran, has shown incredible resilience after enduring extensive injuries sustained during his service in Operation Iraqi Freedom. Awarded the Purple Heart in 2005, Kyle exemplifies the spirit of “Never quit—never give up!” His story resonated with his friend Seth, who reached out to Great Northern Builders to leverage their extensive network for community support.
With a wealth of experience working with the VA, Chris and his team successfully facilitated a multi-purpose addition to Kyle’s home, creating a new garage where he can relax with friends and safely store his ATV. This project was made possible not only through GNB’s expertise but also by material donations from the community, illustrating the powerful impact of community support in transforming lives.
At Great Northern Builders, we believe in using our skills and resources to give back to those who have given so much for our country. We are proud to have been a part of Kyle Anderson’s story and will continue to support our communities in any way we can.
