R13 – 1380 Scheffer Avenue, St. Paul, MN
Spring is in the air, which means one thing to our team: it’s time for The Parade of Homes Spring Remodelers Showcase! We can’t wait to share this beautiful remodel in St. Paul, a charming 1940s home that needed more space for a growing family.
Our project goals included a larger, more functional kitchen, a dedicated mudroom, and a nursery. These changes were achieved by adding a new addition to the back of the home that features a full lower level, main level, and second story.
The kitchen boasts custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, and a beautiful, glazed-tile backsplash. New Andersen windows, floor heating, and a ductless mini-split system were also incorporated into this fantastic addition to the home to keep things comfortable year-round.
You don’t want to miss this stunning project – stop by, meet the GNB team, and discuss your next remodel!
